We visited San Francisco and the Bay in May of 201. I had been to L.A and the O.C area before and I must say they are two different universes.

But one of my favourite tech pilgrimages was visiting the Apple campus – a mecca for tech enthusiasts. Obtaining a new laptop there wasn’t just a transaction; the sold you the dream of being a tech creator!

Tech Ride: Caltrain, Lost Luggage, and Lessons
Ah, the Caltrain – a vessel of innovation and ambition. Commuting alongside tech workers and entrepreneurs, you could almost feel innovation being born. However, our experience wasn’t without a hiccup. Losing our suitcase before boarding the Caltrain was a user journey gone awry. Attempting to retrieve it through the lost and found website was a lesson in UX fails. It’s a reminder that even in the tech capital, creating functional, user-friendly solutions remains a challenge.
